فَقَضَىٰهُنَّ
Then He completed them
سَبْعَ
(as) seven
سَمَٰوَاتٍ
heavens
فِى
in
يَوْمَيْنِ
two periods
وَأَوْحَىٰ
and He revealed
فِى
in
كُلِّ
each
سَمَآءٍ
heaven
أَمْرَهَا
its affair
وَزَيَّنَّا
And We adorned
ٱلسَّمَآءَ
the heaven
ٱلدُّنْيَا
[the world]
بِمَصَٰبِيحَ
with lamps
وَحِفْظًا
and (to) guard
ذَٰلِكَ
That
تَقْدِيرُ
(is the) Decree
ٱلْعَزِيزِ
(of) the All-Mighty
ٱلْعَلِيمِ
the All-Knower
