وَلَوْ
And if
جَعَلْنَٰهُ
We (had) made it
قُرْءَانًا
a Quran
أَعْجَمِيًّا
(in) a foreign (language)
لَّقَالُوا۟
they (would have) said
لَوْلَا
Why not
فُصِّلَتْ
are explained in detail
ءَايَٰتُهُۥٓ
its verses
ءَا۬عْجَمِىٌّ
(Is it) a foreign (language)
وَعَرَبِىٌّ
and an Arab
قُلْ
Say
هُوَ
It (is)
لِلَّذِينَ
for those who
ءَامَنُوا۟
believe
هُدًى
a guidance
وَشِفَآءٌ
and a healing
وَٱلَّذِينَ
And those who
لَا
(do) not
يُؤْمِنُونَ
believe
فِىٓ
in
ءَاذَانِهِمْ
their ears
وَقْرٌ
(is) deafness
وَهُوَ
and it
عَلَيْهِمْ
(is) for them
عَمًى
blindness
أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ
Those
يُنَادَوْنَ
are being called
مِن
from
مَّكَانٍۭ
a place
بَعِيدٍ
far
