وَلَوْ
And if
بَسَطَ
Allah extends
ٱللَّهُ
Allah extends
ٱلرِّزْقَ
the provision
لِعِبَادِهِۦ
for His slaves
لَبَغَوْا۟
surely they would rebel
فِى
in
ٱلْأَرْضِ
the earth
وَلَٰكِن
but
يُنَزِّلُ
He sends down
بِقَدَرٍ
in (due) measure
مَّا
what
يَشَآءُ
He wills
إِنَّهُۥ
Indeed,He
بِعِبَادِهِۦ
of His slaves
خَبِيرٌۢ
(is) All-Aware
بَصِيرٌ
All-Seer
