And He
ٱلَّذِى
(is) the One Who
يُنَزِّلُ
sends down
ٱلْغَيْثَ
the rain
مِنۢ
after
بَعْدِ
after
مَا
[what]
قَنَطُوا۟
they have despaired
وَيَنشُرُ
and spreads
رَحْمَتَهُۥ
His mercy
وَهُوَ
And He
ٱلْوَلِىُّ
(is) the Protector
ٱلْحَمِيدُ
the Praiseworthy
