رَّبِّ

Lord

ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ

(of) the heavens

وَٱلْأَرْضِ

and the earth

وَمَا

and whatever

بَيْنَهُمَا

(is) between both of them

ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ

the Most Gracious

لَا

not

يَمْلِكُونَ

they have power

مِنْهُ

from Him

خِطَابًا

(to) address
