يَوْمَ

(The) Day

يَقُومُ

will stand

ٱلرُّوحُ

the Spirit

وَٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ

and the Angels

صَفًّا

(in) rows

لَّا

not

يَتَكَلَّمُونَ

they will speak

إِلَّا

except

مَنْ

(one) who

أَذِنَ

permits

لَهُ

[for] him

ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ

the Most Gracious

وَقَالَ

and he (will) say

صَوَابًا

(what is) correct
