هُوَ
He
ٱلَّذِى
(is) the One Who
يُنَزِّلُ
sends down
عَلَىٰ
upon
عَبْدِهِۦٓ
His slave
ءَايَٰتٍۭ
Verses
بَيِّنَٰتٍ
clear
لِّيُخْرِجَكُم
that He may bring you out
مِّنَ
from
ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ
the darkness[es]
إِلَى
into
ٱلنُّورِ
the light
وَإِنَّ
And indeed
ٱللَّهَ
Allah
بِكُمْ
to you
لَرَءُوفٌ
(is the) Most Kind
رَّحِيمٌ
(the) Most Merciful
