He

ٱلَّذِى

خَلَقَكُمْ

created you

فَمِنكُمْ

and among you

كَافِرٌ

(is) a disbeliever

وَمِنكُم

and among you

مُّؤْمِنٌ

(is) a believer

وَٱللَّهُ

And Allah

بِمَا

of what

تَعْمَلُونَ

you do

بَصِيرٌ

(is) All-Seer
