خَلَقَ

He created

ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ

the heavens

وَٱلْأَرْضَ

and the earth

بِٱلْحَقِّ

with truth

وَصَوَّرَكُمْ

and He formed you

فَأَحْسَنَ

and made good

صُوَرَكُمْ

your forms

وَإِلَيْهِ

and to Him

ٱلْمَصِيرُ

(is) the final return
