وَمَا وَجَدۡنَا لِأَكۡثَرِهِم مِّنۡ عَهۡدٖۖ وَإِن وَجَدۡنَآ أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ لَفَٰسِقِينَ ١٠٢

Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran:

We did not find most of them true to their covenant. Rather, We found most of them truly rebellious.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali & Muhammad Muhsin Khan:

And most of them We found not true to their covenant, but most of them We found indeed Fâsiqûn (rebellious, disobedient to Allâh).
