Text Uthmani:

وَإِن تَدۡعُوهُمۡ إِلَى ٱلۡهُدَىٰ لَا يَسۡمَعُواْۖ وَتَرَىٰهُمۡ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَيۡكَ وَهُمۡ لَا يُبۡصِرُونَ ١٩٨

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

Et si tu les appelles vers la bonne voie, ils n’entendent pas. Tu les vois qui te regardent, (mais) ils ne voient pas.

Rashid Maash:

Et si vous les invitiez à suivre le droit chemin, ils ne pourraient vous entendre. Ils semblent vous fixer du regard, mais sont en réalité incapables de voir.
