أَمۡ حَسِبۡتُمۡ أَن تُتۡرَكُواْ وَلَمَّا يَعۡلَمِ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ جَٰهَدُواْ مِنكُمۡ وَلَمۡ يَتَّخِذُواْ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَا رَسُولِهِۦ وَلَا ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَلِيجَةٗۚ وَٱللَّهُ خَبِيرُۢ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ ١٦

क्या तुमने ये समझ लिया है कि तुम (यूं ही) छोड़ दिए जाओगे और अभी तक तो ख़ुदा ने उन लोगों को मुमताज़ किया ही नहीं जो तुम में के (राहे ख़ुदा में) जिहाद करते हैं और ख़ुदा और उसके रसूल और मोमेनीन के सिवा किसी को अपना राज़दार दोस्त नहीं बनाते और जो कुछ भी तुम करते हो ख़ुदा उससे बाख़बर है

क्या तुमने समझ रखा है कि तुम यूँ ही छोड़ दिए जाओगे, हालाँकि अभी तक अल्लाह ने उन लोगों को नहीं जाना ही, जिन्होंने तुममें से जिहाद किया तथा अल्लाह और उसके रसूल और ईमान वालों के सिवाय किसी को भेदी मित्र नहीं बनाया? और अल्लाह उससे अच्छी तरह सूचित है, जो तुम कर रहे हो।
