1 إِنَّمَا Only ކަލޭމެންގެ މައްޗަށް އެކަލާނގެ حَرَام ކުރެއްވިކަންކަށަވަރީ.
2 حَرَّمَ He has forbidden *
3 عَلَيۡكُمُ to you *
4 ٱلۡمَيۡتَةَ the dead animals މުޅަތަކެއްޗާއި ލެޔެވެ.
5 وَٱلدَّمَ and [the] blood *
6 وَلَحۡمَ and flesh އަދި އޫރުމަހާއި.
7 ٱلۡخِنزِيرِ (of) swine *
8 وَمَآ and what އެއެއްޗެއް ކަތިލެވުނު އެއްޗަކާއި.

15 غَيۡرَ without ދެކޮޅުވެރިކަމެއް عَدَاوة ތެރިކަމެއްނެތި (ނުވަތަ ކާހިތުން ކެއުމެއްނެތި އަދި ބަނޑުބޮޑުކޮށް ކެއުމެއްނެތި).
16 بَاغٖ (being) disobedient *
17 وَلَا and not *
18 عَادٖ transgressor *
19 فَلَآ then no ފަހެ އޭނާގެ މައްޗަކަށް ފާފައެއްނެތެވެ.
20 إِثۡمَ sin *
21 عَلَيۡهِۚ on him *
22 إِنَّ Indeed ހަމަކަށަވަރުން ﷲ تعالى އީ.
23 ٱللَّهَ Allah *
24 غَفُورٞ (is) Oft-Forgiving ގިނަގިނައިން ފާފަފުއްސަވާ رحمة ލެއްވުން ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ ކަލާނގެއެވެ.
