Text Uthmani:

إِنَّهُۥ لَيۡسَ لَهُۥ سُلۡطَٰنٌ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَلَىٰ رَبِّهِمۡ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ ٩٩

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

Il n’a aucun pouvoir sur ceux qui croient et qui placent leur confiance en leur Seigneur.

Rashid Maash:

Ce dernier n’a en effet aucun pouvoir sur les croyants qui, à leur Seigneur, s’en remettent entièrement.
