1 يَسۡـَٔلُونَكَ They ask you އެމީހުން ކަލޭގެފާނާއި ސުވާލުކުރެއެވެ.
2 مَاذَا what އެމީހުން ހޭދަކުރާނީ ކޮންއެއްޗެއްތޯ.
3 يُنفِقُونَۖ they (should) spend *
4 قُلۡ Say ކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ.
5 مَآ Whatever ކަލޭމެން ހޭދަކުރިއެއްޗެއް. (ހޭދަކުރާނެ އެއްޗެއްވިއްޔާ).
6 أَنفَقۡتُم you spend *
7 مِّنۡ of ހެޔޮކަމުގެތެރެއިން. މުދަލުގެތެރެއިން.
8 خَيۡرٖ good *
9 فَلِلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ (is) for parents ފަހެ މައިންބަފައިންނަށާއި ގާތްތިމާގެ މީހުންނަށެވެ.
10 وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبِينَ and the relatives *
11 وَٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰ and the orphans އަދި يَتِيْمُ ންނަށާއި مِسْكِيْنُ ންނަށެވެ.
12 وَٱلۡمَسَٰكِينِ and the needy *
13 وَٱبۡنِ and (of) އަދި ދަތުރުވެރިންނަށާއި.
14 ٱلسَّبِيلِۗ the wayfarer *
15 وَمَا And whatever އަދި މުދަލުގެތެރެއިން ކަލޭމެން ހޭދަކުރިއެއްޗެއް.
16 تَفۡعَلُواْ you do *
17 مِنۡ of *
18 خَيۡرٖ good *
19 فَإِنَّ So indeed ފަހެ ހަމަކަށަވަރުން އެއެއްޗެއް ﷲ ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވެއެވެ.
20 ٱللَّهَ Allah *
21 بِهِۦ of it *
22 عَلِيمٞ (is) All-Aware *
