كُلُّ نَفۡسٖ ذَآئِقَةُ ٱلۡمَوۡتِۗ وَنَبۡلُوكُم بِٱلشَّرِّ وَٱلۡخَيۡرِ فِتۡنَةٗۖ وَإِلَيۡنَا تُرۡجَعُونَ ٣٥

Abdul Hameed Baqavi:

ஒவ்வோர் ஆத்மாவும் மரணத்தைச் சுவைத்தே தீரும். நன்மை, தீமை செய்யக்கூடிய நிலைமையில் உங்களை (வைத்து) நாம் சோதிப்போம். பின்னர் நீங்கள் நம்மிடமே திரும்பக் கொண்டு வரப்படுவீர்கள்.

ஒவ்வோர் ஆன்மாவும் மரணத்தை சுவைக்கக் கூடியதாகும். சோதிப்பதற்காக துன்பத்தைக் கொண்டும் இன்பத்தைக் கொண்டும் உங்களை நாம் சோதிப்போம். நம்மிடமே திரும்பக் கொண்டு வரப்படுவீர்கள்.
