وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَرۡسَلَ ٱلرِّيَٰحَ بُشۡرَۢا بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡ رَحۡمَتِهِۦۚ وَأَنزَلۡنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءٗ طَهُورٗا ٤٨

Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran:

And He is the One Who sends the winds ushering in His mercy, and We send down pure rain from the sky,

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali & Muhammad Muhsin Khan:

And it is He Who sends the winds as heralds of glad tidings, going before His Mercy (rain); and We send down pure water from the sky.
