وَٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِّرُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِ رَبِّهِمۡ لَمۡ يَخِرُّواْ عَلَيۡهَا صُمّٗا وَعُمۡيَانٗا ٧٣

Magomed-Nuri Osmanovich Osmanov:

те, которые, когда их наставляют аятами Господа, не падают [наземь] слепыми и глухими к этим [аятам];
