أَوَلَمۡ يَرَوۡاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَبۡسُطُ ٱلرِّزۡقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقۡدِرُۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَٰتٖ لِّقَوۡمٖ يُؤۡمِنُونَ ٣٧

Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran:

Have they not seen that Allah gives abundant or limited provisions to whoever He wills? Surely in this are signs for people who believe.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali & Muhammad Muhsin Khan:

Do they not see that Allâh enlarges the provision for whom He wills and straitens (it for whom He wills). Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who believe.
