Text Uthmani:

۞ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ أَنتُمُ ٱلۡفُقَرَآءُ إِلَى ٱللَّهِۖ وَٱللَّهُ هُوَ ٱلۡغَنِيُّ ٱلۡحَمِيدُ ١٥

Rashid Maash:

Ô hommes ! C’est vous qui avez besoin d’Allah qui, pour Sa part, peut parfaitement se passer de vous et qui est digne de toute louange.

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

Ô hommes, vous êtes les indigents ayant besoin d’Allah, et c’est Allah, Lui qui se dispense de tout et Il est Le Digne de louange.
