وَسَوَآءٌ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَأَنذَرۡتَهُمۡ أَمۡ لَمۡ تُنذِرۡهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ ١٠

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

Cela leur est égal que tu les avertisses ou que tu ne les avertisses pas : ils ne croiront jamais.
