Text Uthmani:

وَلَئِن سَأَلۡتَهُم مَّنۡ خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ لَيَقُولُنَّ خَلَقَهُنَّ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ ٩

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

Et si tu leur demandes : "Qui a créé les cieux et la terre ?" Ils diront très certainement : "Le Puissant, l’Omniscient les a créés."

Rashid Maash:

Si tu leur demandes qui a créé les cieux et la terre, ils répondront certainement : « C’est le Tout-Puissant, l’Omniscient qui est à l’origine de leur création. »
