وَسۡـَٔلۡ مَنۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مِن قَبۡلِكَ مِن رُّسُلِنَآ أَجَعَلۡنَا مِن دُونِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ءَالِهَةٗ يُعۡبَدُونَ ٤٥

Maulana Azizul Haque al-Umari:

तथा (ऐ नबी!) आप उनसे पूछ लें, जिन्हें हमने आपसे पहले अपने रसूलों में से भेजा, क्या हमने 'रहमान' के अलावा कोई पूज्य बनाए, जिनकी इबादत की जाए?

और हमने तुमसे पहले अपने जितने पैग़म्बर भेजे हैं उन सब से दरियाफ्त कर देखो क्या हमने ख़ुदा कि सिवा और माबूद बनाएा थे कि उनकी इबादत की जाए
