أَفَعَيِينَا بِٱلۡخَلۡقِ ٱلۡأَوَّلِۚ بَلۡ هُمۡ فِي لَبۡسٖ مِّنۡ خَلۡقٖ جَدِيدٖ ١٥

Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran:

Were We incapable of creating ˹them˺ the first time? In fact, they are in doubt about ˹their˺ re-creation.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali & Muhammad Muhsin Khan:

Were We then tired with the first creation? Nay, they are in confused doubt about a new creation (i.e. Resurrection).
