إِلَّا ٱلۡمُسۡتَضۡعَفِينَ مِنَ ٱلرِّجَالِ وَٱلنِّسَآءِ وَٱلۡوِلۡدَٰنِ لَا يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ حِيلَةٗ وَلَا يَهۡتَدُونَ سَبِيلٗا ٩٨

Rashid Maash:

A l’exception des hommes, des femmes et des enfants qui, impuissants, sont incapables de trouver une issue pour s’exiler.

À l’exception des impuissants: hommes, femmes et enfants, incapables de se débrouiller, et qui ne trouvent aucune voie :
