1 وَقَالَتِ And said އަދި يهودي ންނާއި نصارى އިން ބުނެއެވެ.
2 ٱلۡيَهُودُ the Jews *
3 وَٱلنَّصَٰرَىٰ and the Christians *
4 نَحۡنُ We (are) އަހުރެމެންނަކީ ﷲ ގެ ދަރިންނީމުއެވެ.
5 أَبۡنَٰٓؤُاْ (the) children *
6 ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah *
7 وَأَحِبَّٰٓؤُهُۥۚ and His beloved އަދި އެކަލާނގެ އެންމެލޯބިވެވޮޑިގެންވާ މީހުންނީމުއެވެ.
8 قُلۡ Say ކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ!
9 فَلِمَ Then why ކަލޭމެނަށް އެކަލާނގެ عذاب ދެއްވަނީ ކީއްވެގެންހެއްޔެވެ؟
10 يُعَذِّبُكُم (does He) punish you *
11 بِذُنُوبِكُمۖ for your sins ކަލޭމެންގެ ފާފަތަކަށް.
12 بَلۡ Nay އަދި ކިއެއްހެއްޔެވެ؟ (އެހެންނޫނެވެ.)
13 أَنتُم you (are) ކަލޭމެންނަކީ ހަމަ އާދަމުގެދަރިންނީމުއެވެ.
14 بَشَرٞ human beings *
15 مِّمَّنۡ from among (those) އެކަލާނގެ ހެއްދެވި خَلْقُ ތަކުންކުރެ.
16 خَلَقَۚ He created *
17 يَغۡفِرُ He forgives އެކަލާނގެ އެދިވޮޑިގަންނަވާ އަޅަކަށް އެކަލާނގެ ފުއްސަވައެވެ.
18 لِمَن [for] whom *
19 يَشَآءُ He wills *
20 وَيُعَذِّبُ and punishes އަދި އެކަލާނގެ އެދިވޮޑިގެންނެވި އަޅަކަށް އެކަލާނގެ عذاب ދެއްވައެވެ.
21 مَن whom *
22 يَشَآءُۚ He wills *
23 وَلِلَّهِ And for Allah އަދި މިލްކުވެ خاصّ ވެގެންވަނީ ހަމަ ﷲ އަށެވެ.
24 مُلۡكُ (is the) dominion އުޑުތަކާއި ބިމުގެ މުޅިމިލްކު / އެތަންތާނގެ އެންމެހައިތަކެތި.
25 ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ (of) the heavens *
26 وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ and the earth *
27 وَمَا and whatever އަދި އެދެމެދުގައިވާހާތަކެއްޗާއި.
28 بَيۡنَهُمَاۖ (is) between them *
29 وَإِلَيۡهِ and to Him އަދި އެނބުރިދާތަން ވަނީ ހަމަ އެކަލާނގެ حضرة ގައެވެ.
30 ٱلۡمَصِيرُ (is) the final return *
