1 يَٰٓأَيُّهَا O you އޭ އީމާންވެއްޖެ މީސްތަކުންނޭވެ!
2 ٱلَّذِينَ those who(believe) *
3 ءَامَنُواْ believe *
4 شَهَٰدَةُ (Take) testimony ކަލޭމެންގެމެދުގައި ހެކިކުރުވާށެވެ.
5 بَيۡنِكُمۡ among you *
6 إِذَا when ކަލޭމެންކުރެމީހަކަށް މަރު حاضر ވެއްޖެއްޔާ.
7 حَضَرَ approaches *
8 أَحَدَكُمُ one of you *
9 ٱلۡمَوۡتُ [the] death *
10 حِينَ (at the) time (of making) އެމީހާ وَصيّة ކުރާވަގުތު.
11 ٱلۡوَصِيَّةِ [the] a will *
12 ٱثۡنَانِ two ދެމީހުން.
13 ذَوَا men ކަލޭމެން (مؤمن ންކުރެ) عدل ވެރިދެމީހުން.
14 عَدۡلٖ just *
15 مِّنكُمۡ among you *
16 أَوۡ or ނުވަތަ އެހެންދެމީހުން.
17 ءَاخَرَانِ two others *
18 مِنۡ from ކަލޭމެން (مؤمن ން) ނޫން މީހުންކުރެ (ދެމީހުން).
19 غَيۡرِكُمۡ other than you *
20 إِنۡ if ކަލޭމެން ހިގަންޏާ / ދަތުރުކުރަންޏާ.
21 أَنتُمۡ you *
22 ضَرَبۡتُمۡ (are) travel(ing) *
23 فِي in ބިމުގައި.
24 ٱلۡأَرۡضِ the earth *
25 فَأَصَٰبَتۡكُم then befalls you ފަހެ ކަލޭމެނަށް مُصِيْبَة ޖެހިއްޖެ.
26 مُّصِيبَةُ calamity މަރުގެ مُصِيْبَة.
27 ٱلۡمَوۡتِۚ (of) [the] death *
28 تَحۡبِسُونَهُمَا Detain both of them ކަލޭމެން އެދެމީހުން ހިފަހައްޓާށެވެ! / ބަންދުކުރާށެވެ!
29 مِنۢ from ނަމާދަށްފަހު - (عصر ނަމާދަށްފަހު).
30 بَعۡدِ after *
31 ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ the prayer *
32 فَيُقۡسِمَانِ and let them both swear އެދެމީހުންލައްވާ ﷲ ގަންދީ ހުވައިކުރުވާށެވެ!
33 بِٱللَّهِ by Allah *
34 إِنِ if ކަލޭމެނަށް شكُّ ވަންޏާ.
35 ٱرۡتَبۡتُمۡ you doubt *
36 لَا Not އަހުރެމެން އެއަކަށް އަގެއް ނުހިފާނަމެވެ. (رشوة އެއް ނުހިފާނަމެވެ.)
37 نَشۡتَرِي we will exchange *
38 بِهِۦ it for *
39 ثَمَنٗا a price *
40 وَلَوۡ even if އަދި އޭނާއަކީ ގާތްމީހަކުކަމުގައިވިޔަސް.
41 كَانَ he is *
42 ذَا (of) *
43 قُرۡبَىٰ a near relative *
44 وَلَا and not އަދި އަހުރެމެން ވަންހަނާ ނުކުރާހުށީމެވެ.
45 نَكۡتُمُ we will conceal *
46 شَهَٰدَةَ testimony ﷲ ގެ ހެކިބަސް.
47 ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah *
48 إِنَّآ Indeed, we އެހެންކަމަށްވަންޏާ ހަމަކަށަވަރުން އަހުރެމެންވާހުށީ.
49 إِذٗا then *
50 لَّمِنَ (will) surely (be) of ކަނޑައެޅިގެން ފާފަވެރިންގެތެރެއިންނެވެ.
51 ٱلۡأٓثِمِينَ the sinners *
