Text Uthmani:

وَلَوۡ جَعَلۡنَٰهُ مَلَكٗا لَّجَعَلۡنَٰهُ رَجُلٗا وَلَلَبَسۡنَا عَلَيۡهِم مَّا يَلۡبِسُونَ ٩

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

Si Nous avions désigné un Ange [comme Prophète], Nous aurions fait de lui un homme et Nous leur aurions causé la même confusion que celle dans laquelle ils sont.

Rashid Maash:

Si Nous avions envoyé un ange, Nous lui aurions donné forme humaine, jetant en eux la même confusion que celle qui règne aujourd’hui dans leurs esprits.
