وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَاهِرُ فَوۡقَ عِبَادِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُ ١٨

Abdul Hameed Baqavi:

அவனே தன் அடியார்களை அடக்கி ஆள்கிறான். அவன்தான் மிக்க ஞானமுடையவன், (அனைத்தையும்) நன்கறிந்தவன் ஆவான்.

அவன்தான், தன் அடியார்கள் மேல் ஆதிக்கமுடையவன். அவன்தான் ஞானவான், ஆழ்ந்தறிந்தவன்.
