Fixed tashkeel in Surah An-Nur (24:9)

Corrected the tashkeel of وَالْخَامِسَةَ in ayah 24:9. 

Replaced the incorrect damma (ُ) with a fatha (َ) in وَالْخَامِسَةَ.
