<p data-start="92" data-end="330">The Quran is divided into 30 equal parts called <strong data-start="165" data-end="172">Juz</strong> to make it easier to <strong data-start="194" data-end="229">recite or memorize in 30 days</strong>, especially during <strong data-start="249" data-end="260" data-is-only-node="">Ramadan</strong>. Each Juz may span multiple surahs and is based on length, not theme.</p>

<p>The Qur’an is traditionally divided into <strong>7 Manzils</strong> to allow for its <strong>complete recitation in one week</strong>. This division is especially useful for those who aim to maintain a weekly recitation habit.</p>

<p>Ruku is a thematic section of verses in the Qur’an, often used to mark logical pause points during recitation. There are about <strong>540 Rukus</strong> in total. In <strong>congregational prayer (Qiyam)</strong>, it’s common to recite <strong>one Ruku per Rakaah</strong> for natural flow and coherence.</p>
