Text Uthmani:

وَإِنَّ كُلّٗا لَّمَّا لَيُوَفِّيَنَّهُمۡ رَبُّكَ أَعۡمَٰلَهُمۡۚ إِنَّهُۥ بِمَا يَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِيرٞ ١١١

Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran:

And surely your Lord will fully pay all for their deeds. He is certainly All-Aware of what they do.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali & Muhammad Muhsin Khan:

And verily, to each of them your Lord will repay their works in full. Surely, He is All-Aware of what they do.
