فَٱتَّخَذَتۡ مِن دُونِهِمۡ حِجَابٗا فَأَرۡسَلۡنَآ إِلَيۡهَا رُوحَنَا فَتَمَثَّلَ لَهَا بَشَرٗا سَوِيّٗا ١٧

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

Elle mit entre elle et eux un voile. Nous lui envoyâmes alors Notre Esprit (Gabriel), qui se présenta à elle sous la forme d’un homme parfait.

Rashid Maash:

où elle se déroba aux regards. Nous lui envoyâmes alors Notre Esprit¹ qui se présenta à elle sous la forme d’un homme accompli.
