Text Uthmani:

قُلۡ إِنَّمَآ أُنذِرُكُم بِٱلۡوَحۡيِۚ وَلَا يَسۡمَعُ ٱلصُّمُّ ٱلدُّعَآءَ إِذَا مَا يُنذَرُونَ ٤٥

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

Dis : "Je vous avertis par ce qui m’est révélé." Les sourds, cependant, n’entendent pas l’appel quand on les avertit."

Rashid Maash:

Dis : « Je ne fais que vous transmettre les avertissements qui me sont révélés. » Mais les sourds ne sauraient entendre les mises en garde qui leur sont adressées.
