Text Uthmani:

إِنِّي وَجَدتُّ ٱمۡرَأَةٗ تَمۡلِكُهُمۡ وَأُوتِيَتۡ مِن كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ وَلَهَا عَرۡشٌ عَظِيمٞ ٢٣

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

J’ai trouvé qu’une femme est leur reine, que de toute chose elle a été comblée et qu’elle a un trône magnifique.

Rashid Maash:

J’ai découvert à la tête de ce peuple une femme comblée de toutes choses et dotée d’un magnifique trône.
