وَمِنۡ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ يُرِيكُمُ ٱلۡبَرۡقَ خَوۡفٗا وَطَمَعٗا وَيُنَزِّلُ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءٗ فَيُحۡيِۦ بِهِ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ بَعۡدَ مَوۡتِهَآۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَٰتٖ لِّقَوۡمٖ يَعۡقِلُونَ ٢٤

Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran:

And one of His signs is that He shows you lightning, inspiring ˹you with˺ hope and fear.¹ And He sends down rain from the sky, reviving the earth after its death. Surely in this are signs for people who understand.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali & Muhammad Muhsin Khan:

And among His Signs is that He shows you the lightning, for fear and for hope, and He sends down water (rain) from the sky, and therewith revives the earth after its death. Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who understand.
