Text Uthmani:

وَلَقَدۡ ءَاتَيۡنَا مُوسَى ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ فَلَا تَكُن فِي مِرۡيَةٖ مِّن لِّقَآئِهِۦۖ وَجَعَلۡنَٰهُ هُدٗى لِّبَنِيٓ إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ ٢٣

Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran:

Indeed, We gave the Scripture to Moses—so let there be no doubt ˹O Prophet˺ that you ˹too˺ are receiving revelations—¹and We made it a guide for the Children of Israel.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali & Muhammad Muhsin Khan:

And indeed We gave Mûsa (Moses) the Scripture [the Taurât (Torah)] So be not you in doubt of meeting him [i.e. when you met Mûsa (Moses) during the night of Al-Isrâ’ and Al-Mi‘râj ¹ over the heavens]. And We made it [the Taurât (Torah)] a guide to the Children of Israel.
