مَّا يَفۡتَحِ ٱللَّهُ لِلنَّاسِ مِن رَّحۡمَةٖ فَلَا مُمۡسِكَ لَهَاۖ وَمَا يُمۡسِكۡ فَلَا مُرۡسِلَ لَهُۥ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٢

Suhel Farooq Khan:

लोगों के वास्ते जब (अपनी) रहमत (के दरवाजे) ख़ोल दे तो कोई उसे जारी नहीं कर सकता और जिस चीज़ को रोक ले उसके बाद उसे कोई रोक नहीं सकता और वही हर चीज़ पर ग़ालिब और दाना व बीना हकीम है

Maulana Azizul Haque al-Umari:

अल्लाह लोगों के लिए जो दया¹ खोल दे, उसे कोई रोकने वाला नहीं। तथा जिसे रोक ले, तो उसके बाद, उसे कोई भेजने (खोलने) वाला नहीं। तथा वही सब पर प्रभुत्ववशाली, पूर्ण हिकमत वाला है।
